Does Label-O-Scope tell me if a food is safe?
No. It shows which recognized ingredients match your Avoid List. It does not evaluate safety or make health claims.
Does it work offline?
Yes. Scanning and matching work on your iPhone without an internet connection.
Does AI decide the result?
No. Scan results use deterministic ingredient matching. Optional on-device Apple Intelligence only suggests alternative names while you edit your Avoid List.
How is my data handled?
Your scans stay on your device. Saved data may sync through your private iCloud account. C13 does not receive your labels, Avoid List, or saved foods.
